Privacy policy

This policy explains how Bishopston Exterior Cleaning uses the personal information you give us through this website. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

When you fill in a quote or contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address (if given), the services you're interested in, any message you send, and the page you enquired from. If you arrived from a Google ad, we also record the ad click reference so we know which ads bring in enquiries.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, and arrange and carry out any work you book with us. We don't sell your information or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Where it's stored

Enquiries are stored on this website and sent to us by email and text message. If you go ahead with a quote or booking, your details are kept in our job management system so we can schedule work and send invoices. These services act on our behalf and keep your data secure.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use the site and to measure which adverts lead to enquiries. These services may set cookies. Our customer reviews are shown using a third-party reviews widget.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Just email us and we'll respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
